Oknoplast Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Ochmanów, hereinafter “Oknoplast” or the “Company” attaches great importance to the protection of privacy and security of all persons visiting websites managed by the Company.

V. For how long are cookies stored?

VI. Are cookies used by other entities?

On our Website, we use only our own cookies and those from verified service providers, such as YouTube, WordPress, Google.

We only use the information collected by cookies for our purposes. We may disclose information collected by cookies to a company acting on our behalf in your area – to serve you as our customer. In the case of handling your enquiry or presenting an offer, also a Business Partner chosen by you or by us may have access to the information collected by cookies and your personal data, if they have been provided by Oknoplast in order to serve you with Oknoplast products and services or to contact you for marketing purposes, if you have given your consent.

If our Business Partner is acting for his/her own purposes, e.g. to sell his/her own products and services, s/he is the sole controller of your personal data or of the information collected by the cookies s/he uses on his/her own website — in which case s/he is responsible for his/her own actions.

The answer depends on the type of cookies. In general, cookies do not collect information that may constitute personal data, i.e. any information about an identified or identifiable natural person.

For example, statistical cookies that collect information about the number of visits to the website or information that analyses traffic on the website will not usually be personal data, because it will be anonymized, statistical information that we will not be able to link to a particular user.
